I just got this problem, searched around a bit but couldnt find a solution...

So I located that my csrss.exe is chewing my GPU usage, it starts randomly doing it.

It feels like my whole computer goes down to 15FPS and its horrible to even look at the screen.

What can I do to fix this?

Okeeey... Some progress on this.

Apparently it was a instance of the process "chrome.exe" that happen to be located within "InkScape" in my Roamings folder...
Deleted the process, deleted the folder...
Lag is totally gone.

But I doubt its this easy to get RID of it, I may just have postponed next attack of it
