Curious if i should upgrade my video card

i have a hp pavillion p6000 series and have been experiencing frame rate issues im pretty sure ite my vide card. the video card is a AMD Athlon II x4 630 im a complete noob when it comes to the information u might require for this so if u let me know what other info u might need i will be happy to post it back for you thanks alot for your time by the way i mainly use for gaming
