Cursor refreshing every half-second

My cursor keeps changing to the "wait something's loading" cursor then changing back every single second or so.
I haven't done anything to provoke this, however I did get a trojan which was immediately removed... but I've done virus scans with 3 seperate programs, McAfee, Ad-Aware, Superantispyware, and I'm clean. I've set my firewall to "block all" in case it may have been some remote program, but that failed as well.

Thanks! I love this software, my other antivirus programs didn't find anything! unfortunately, my mouse still refreshes constantly. I'll try restarting my compy.

It was my security enabled flash drive freaking out and refreshing the damn cursor. thanks for leading me to Malawarebytes, though.
