  1. I have used my d drive for months, and suddenly it stop working. My computer could detect I have a D drive but the D drive could not detect I have a cd in it. So I tried rolling back, but I didn't back it up so it didnt work. I tried uninstalling the D drive and restarting the computer. Whne I did that the computer detect my driver and reinstall the driver itself. But it still could not detect the Cd in the driver. What could i do ?

Your CD drive may need cleaning. Did you try with several different CDs and not just one that could be broken?

Cleaning the dust is no good. You have to clean the lens. Either use a cleaning CD or improvise with some cotton and alcohol.
