    Cheers to all Master,

    Pls!!! Help me solving my problem. My Video Controler is Intel (R) 915GM. I download from suppot.dell.com about the driver. But its when install then after that i restarted only WELCOME only appear.

    First, try booting to Safe Mode.

    Also, if you're getting the Welcome screen, then your display adapter is probably working. When you're stuck at the Welcome screen, then it's more likely something's wrong with Windows.

    Let's see if you can boot to Safe Mode first. Press F8 at the Windows logo screen and select Safe Mode as the boot option.

    How about if you dont know your VGA Controler Compatible or Display Adapter...

    Go into Device Manager to get the information on your VGA.

    Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters
