These are a comprehensive mix of steps to remove common malware, as well as provide us logs of your system to look at so we can further remove any tricky nasties.
Do follow all the instructions exactly.

Thereafter, please post fresh HijackThis, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread. Do not copy and paste if not it will be ignored and/or removed.

If all the items in Spysweeper are already unchecked/disabled, then continue with the rest of the instructions.

No.They are checked and disabled. I could not uncheck them...When I right click on the spy sweeper on the system tray, there is a shutdown option. Can I use that...But if I reboot the system it might run again I guess....

Yes, use the shutdown option is the system tray. If it restarts when you restart your system, just shut it down again.

No, you only install the software in step2 if you don`t already have antivirus and firewall software installed. It does say this quite clearly. ;)

    What are junk IE`s?

Please follow the instructions and post the requested logfiles.

Delete all files in AVG Antispyware quarantine.

    1. Please download The Avenger by Swandog46 from HERE. Save it to your Desktop and extract it.

    2. Download the attached avengerscript.txt and save it to your desktop. The Avenger script is attached to the bottom of this post.

Note: the above code was created specifically for this user. If you are not this user, do NOT follow these directions as they could damage the workings of your system.

    3. Now, start The Avenger program by double clicking on its icon on your desktop.

Under "Script file to execute" choose "Load script from file".
Now click on the folder icon which will open a new window titled "open Script File"
navigate to the file you have just downloaded, click on it and press open
Now click on the Green Light to begin execution of the script
    Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.

    4. The Avenger will automatically do the following:

It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.

    5. Please attach the content of c:\avenger.txt into your reply, as well as fresh HJT, Combofix and AVG Antispyware logs.

    Regards Howard :)

Download the Pocket Killbox programme from HERE. Extract it but don`t run it yet.

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how HERE.

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE.

Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.

Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

    tmp79.tmp.exe
    tmp7A.tmp.exe

    Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - @%í - (no file)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - p@í - (no file)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3b5b0c10-ce5f-47fd-877a-6e0cf9a4ad2d} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3dusd.dll (file missing)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DEBEB52F-CFA6-4647-971F-3EDB75B63AFA} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\tmp71.tmp.dll (file missing)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - ¨í - (no file)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - À$í - (no file)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - Èí - (no file)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - ð$í - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [setup] "rundll32.exe" "C:\WINDOWS\fcyvuv.dll",realset

    O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = ad.infosys.com

    O17 - HKLM\Software\..\Telephony: DomainName = ad.infosys.com

    O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = ad.infosys.com

    O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = ad.infosys.com

Only fix the above 017 entries, if you don`t recognise the domain.

    O20 - AppInit_DLLs: c:\windows\system32\ssttqpm.dll

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: d3dusd - d3dusd.dll (file missing)

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: gdirov - gdirov.dll (file missing)

Click on the fix checked button.

    Close HJT.

Locate and delete the following bold files and/or directories(if there).

    C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\APPLIC~1\tmp79.tmp.exe
    C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\APPLIC~1\tmp7A.tmp.exe

Run the killbox.exe file. When it loads type the full path to the file you would like to delete in the field and check the delete file on reboot button. press the Delete File button (looks like a red circle with a white X). It will prompt you to reboot, select no until you have finished inputting the files you want to delete, only then allow it to reboot and hopefully your files will now be deleted. If your computer doesn`t automatically restart, restart it manually.

These are the filepaths you need to enter into killbox.

    c:\windows\system32\ssttqpm.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\fcyvuv.dll

Reboot into normal mode and rehide your protected OS files.

Post fresh HJT and Combofix logs.

    Regards Howard :)

Very well done, your logfiles are now clean.

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE.

Now, turn system restore back on. This will have deleted all your old restore points and any nasties that are in them. It will also have created a new, clean restore point.

Run the Ccleaner programme as per step9 of the instructions HERE.

If you have any further virus/spyware problems, please post in this thread.

    Done. Thanks a lot...

How can I make sure now that the Darksma downloader is completely gone from the system?

As far as I`m concerned the Darksma Downloader is no longer on your system. However, if you want to check with the Yahoo antispyware programme that first alerted you to it, then that`s fine.

Yes I ran the Yahoo anti spy and now it is not appearing. Thank you so much for your support.

During this process, I download so many softwares in to the system. Can I Uninstall/remove all of them or can they remain in the system?
