Dead end. Computer isn't going...

I have just purchased brand new parts for my entire computer , I have completely built a new one, So there should be no broken parts at all. But, my computer just won't start, I have no idea what to do. It will not turn anything on at all, I cannot get a response from anything. My parts are:

-Apollo X-Case
-Asrock 775i915P Motherboard
-GeForce 6600Gt (256 Mb)
-512mb Jetram
-Intel Pentium 4 3.4Ghz
-400W Powersupply

I made sure all the parts were compatible with each other. I have tried plugging the power switch into different locations on the System Panel Header pins but have got nothing, I have plugged an LED into the System Panel Header pins and it lights up but still cannot get anything else to run....Has anyone got any ideas why it is not working?

hi ultima, sorry about your problems as im having some myself on one of my systems, anyways do you have any source of power, ligke a power light lit or anything?

Hey, I tested that power was getting into the PSU and there was. I also put LED's into the System Panel Header and they lit up. But the computer won't turn no matter where I put the Power Switch.
