Dead laptop, really need help!

Ok, i have had my laptop for about 3 years now, only problems i have had was sometimes the os wouldnt load properly and i had to reformat hard drive. i have had no trouble for ages but all of a sudden when i turn on the pc i get the packard bell logo as normal, but then it stays on for about 15 minutes or so, and then i get a beeping siren, and just a blank screen with a command prompt, i cant even get into the bios settings as the keyboard will not work. i really really need help!

ok i can get it to boot, if i hold down the F2 or delete key (only ones i have tried) with the master cd in, but then i cant select anything from there
