Deleted program but not the title

Hope this is the right forum for this question. I downloaded a program called CD CHECK, did not like it, so I deleted it. The program seems to be gone but I find the title "CD Check on my Recycle Bin menu and many other places!
If I try to right click on the title so as to delete it, it says:What's this?

Is there a way to get rid of the remnants of this damn thing?
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

Reinstall it in the same place, then UNinstall it. Deleting does not clean up internal/registry settings!

Uninstall worked!
