    We bought over a dozen of these machines and all seem to be running fine except for one. It copies/scans/prints just fine but the printout for faxes on the receiving machine (tested on multiple machines) is so faded as to be almost unreadable.

    There are no settings for print quality for faxes on neither on the LCD nor the web interface.

    Thoughts?

    Wired networked. Found a Contrast setting in the submenus on the LCD, didn't fix anything.

    They are IP'd at each remote site.
