I can remember having the same issue with my other DELL computer, you may of already tried this but I remember installing the latest drivers for my mouse and wireless and strangely enough it worked :p

I have googled it and found that people experience the problem due to their wireless card, and most have found that using a USB adapter has solved the problem. I guess it's some kind of confliction between the audio and wireless?

Try updating the Wireless adapter and mouse/touchpad drivers, then see if the problem still persists.
