Dell D620 Volume Help

  1. sat-pimp Newcomer, in training

    When I try and watch a DVD on my D620, the volume is really low. I used Windows media player and Power DVD. If I play a CD or a file from my hard drive the volume is fine.
    Checked the control panel and the volume is all the way up.
    Any suggestions?

    Have you tried the dvd firmware update from dell? Also it could be a codec problem on your o/s
