Hi everyone,
My name is sylvio and live in canada(up north ) cold cold cold,
I am having problems with my laptop.I cant get in due to no administrative password.This is a laptop that was purchased locked.
All i get is the gray screen explaining the problem.I see that i,m not the only one with this problem from reading some of the blogs here.
Can someone out there help me please?

If you've purchased a used laptop you're probably best off with a fresh install of the OS...

There are many utilities out there you can use to recover the password... here is a pretty simple/straight forward site you can use. They have directions which are easy to follow and unless you want to pay for instant service, you'll have to wait two days before they'll return the password.
