Dell, or buy my own?

Correct I 100% agree Amdisthebest010 is correct, I know when I clal Dell yes you do say what A LOT, i would guess maybe 95% + when i call there in india, I know some technicains even told me they where in india becuase they asked what ite it was where I am so hey could call me back and they said there time I forget what it was but it was wayyyyy off and I said what country are you in and they even said India so yeah they are junk poorly made and support proucts I love my gateway.
 
Outsourcing has it's benefits for Dell as well as India though. Lower costs and responsibility on Dell's part and more job opportunities for people in India. The only ones who suffer are we, the consumers. That sucks :(

They may have a difficult accent but many of them have have Masters degrees and are highly educated peeps.
 
ohh yes i do realize that they are very intelligent people indeed, and they usually have solved my problem on my Inspiron E1505, but it could have been solved 50% sooner if i could understand them halfway well.

Yes I know it a good thing for the people in India but it doesnt really help Dell in the long run really sure its cheaper for them but I know i'll never buy another Dell prouct becuase you just cant understand them also some of them not to be rude but they just ask the most stupidest things and have you go through steps that are so common sense
 
yea i know, im a pretty advanced PC user, and the screen shrunk on the laptop to where it only coverad about 40% of the screen and then the rest was black space, and i checked the resolution, system restore, updated the drivers and nothing worked. My tech rep asked me if the laptop was turned on. I was like yea or how else would i even have the screen? and hes like well press the power button to make sure. I was like Dude, i know its on or how else would i be seeing the screen.

Yeah I know how bad it is, my desktop is making noises i mean loud noises and they told me to unplug my mointer and then asked me if it still made noises well DUH it wasnt the mointer i told them its coming form the tower but then they tell me to unplug my speakers when its coming from the towers and this was 2 techs that told me this becuase i called and they claimed they fixed the issue even though the didnt so i claled back ina few hours and they told me the same thing
