Dell SK-8135 keyboard on none dell maching

I guys.
Does anyone know how to a dell keyboard, working on a none dell machine.
I had a dell system, it become faulty. Threw of the machine out.
Now Iam left with the SK-8135 keyboard.
Got another machine, that is customer build.
The build machine has a ASUS K8V-VM motherboard.
But when I plug the SK-8135 keyboard is there power, but I CAN NOT type anything.
oh, I in Australia. Tied getting the drivers still does not working.

PS. the dell SK-8135 keyboard is handy but it have two use hub on it,
