    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I have moved your thread to the correct forum and retitled it.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as an attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

    Regards Howard

Hi Howard, thanks for the message. I cannot bring up my home page or any other page. the content advisor comes up for a supervisor password. I have never entered a password.. my modem is fine and I can still use my emails. I am using another pc right now. I have run Norton Works for a virus and nothing came up. Can this be fixed?? Deedee

Can you boot into safe mode with networking? If so, can you use the net ok from there?

If not, download the four tools in the link I gave you and burn them to cd on the computer you`re on now. Then, try and run them on the infected machine and see if that helps.

Please let me know the outcome.

    Regards Howard :)
