Hi, upon startup, my desktop icons aren't loading all the time (about once every 5 reboots they'll appear) and programs aren't working properly. For example, when I tried to bring up windows media player, it would come up, but as soon as i tried to click on anything, it would freeze, and I would have to reboot.
I have followed the 8 steps and will post the results. I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look and see what I need to do. Thank you so much.
NOTE: I had trouble getting to the malwarebytes' log, so if it is necessary, let me know how to do so (I saw what it said to do in the 8 step thread but it didn't work for me).
