device driver system error category 102 event 1003

hi...I am completely frustrated by this damned thing...i have read the other threads to get to this point but cannot find anything specifically like this.....normal blue screen problem...have checked system log..which says SYSTEM ERROR category 102 event 1003 Error code 000000c2...parameter 1... 00000007 Parameter 2... 00000cd4 Parameter 3....00000000 Parameter 4 .....e2538008.. has anyone got a clue about this...pls help...thanks and regards russell
