DI can't open my computer or my documents

Hello to all of you and welcome to Techspot.

First may I say that I have looked at all your profiles and it would seem that none of you have filled in your system specs.

Please will you do so now by clicking on user profile at the top of the page and selecting edit profile.

System specs are very impotant for us to know so that we can help you.

Please will you also specify what version of Windows you are running.

Also a little background information as to when the problem first started and have you installed or uninstalled anything including new hardware.

Are you receiving any error messages and if so what are they?

Have you checked for virii and spyware etc?

May I suggest that you all go Here and follow the instructions.

I also have the same problem.

Wanted to update my profile as howard_hopkinso suggested but I do not know much information.

I started experiencing this problem 3 days ago.
Run AVG, SpyBot, Ad-Aware but it did not solve the problem.

Any suggestions?
