Did a scan and clean, now I can't log onto my Excite home page

Happened once before, don't remember what I eventually did to get
back on.

I can get on Excite, just can't log onto my home page.

Says either cookies or Javascript is disabled.

Have Firefox.

Cookies are enabled, I can't find anything about Javascript that I
can understand or that looks like anything is turned off or blocking
anything.

Appreciate any help!

Last time I fought with it for several hours before I could log in,
not sure what changed to allow me to log on.

Go to tools, options then content and there is a Java control there.
