Digital camera causes explorer.exe to crash

    Hi all ...

    Client has a digital camera (cannon i think) to which software and drivers are installed correctly. He plugs the camera into his PC via USB and unloads the pictures.
    Now, if he unloads them to his desktop, everything is ok. If he saves to a shared Network drive; configured correctly to allow all users modify permissions, explorer.exe closes.

    As we speak I am searching the net for possible solutions, but if anyone has encountered an error such as this please reply back
