  1. Hello! I reinstalled windows (to Windows XP Home Edition SP3) in my notebook (HP Compaq nx6325) and I installed all drivers from hp.com. But now DirectX Diagnostic Tools said that Direct3D is not available. But I installed DirectX 9.0c. I tried to reinstall my graphic card drivers couple of time, i tried to reinstall my windows, i tried to download Omega drivers and drivers from ati.com, I tried to do Windows Update. But one time when i was reinstalled my graphic card drivers, Direct3D worked, but after one computer restart screen was black for 1 sec. and then DirectX Diagnostic Tools said that Direct3D is not available again. Can you help me? Thanks!

P.S. My graphic card is ATI Radeon Xpress 1150

Did you try to get the video drivers directly from HP's support site?
