DirectX 11.2 said to be a Windows 8.1 / Xbox One exclusive

Supporting old operating systems with new versions of DirectX takes a considerable amount of extra code and has negative performance implications.

Sorry but that's drivel. I guess you post as a guest for a good reason.
Given that win7 and 8 have essentially the same kernel (which you even state at one point in your ridiculous xp-user-hate filled rant) Win7 would support dx11.2 exactly the same as Win8. If you're going to go off on one, at least have the courage of your convictions and do it under a proper account, you child.

There is no reason Win7 32 3GB memory limit.
And there is no reason releasod DX11.2 for Win8 only and no for Win7.

So told you a new me, when will crash my system I want to know, last 3 years, more than 1000 days not crashed, but if you say... maybe?
The 64 bit OS not swirching the memory? I thinking you know maximum 64k slice see at once and switching 1000x in a Sec. Handle exactly same like 32bit OS.
Oh wait the C64 and ZX48K see only 65535 mamory addres too, but they 8bit OS?
Yes we are on 8bit OS now in Windows, not 32 and not 64, oh ****.
So if MS want I use 3 Wheel for my car, I will use 4 but not interesting who want 3.
So go 64bit, ok... write or give me for my scanner 64bit driver and my tvcard too, if you dont know give me money for buy new compatible ones.
Or else believe I use this 32bit Win7 OS + 4GB RAM + 10 years old USB scanner + same old TVcarrd without any problem, and believe and no possible way for me change to 64 bit, but if my peripheries broken I will thinking on it, but until I live in real world not just a dreaming virtual.
I dont like peoples who told me always what if what if because my life happens on facts only.
And last BIG THANKS who patched the kernel.vxd 3GB RAM limit to 128.
MS sucks.

If you really are a web developer then you really need to do some studying. IE is an application and can be upgraded independently of the operating system.

I'm sorry but you're mistaken. Try the following on an XP or Vista machine....
1) Install Firefox (very latest version) - it installs and works with all the bells and whistles.
2) Install Chrome (very latest version) - it installs and works with all the bells and whistles.
3) Try IE10...

3rd parties manage to support their browser on MS's very old OS, yet they don't - you really think this is because of it being too difficult to write a version of IE which supports Vista and XP? I personally think that they don't really want to as they would like to gently encourage a movement away from these old OS's?

I totally understand MS wanting to phase out these very old systems, but not producing IE for them is not the answer. It makes take-up of new stuff like HTML5/WebGL etc so much slower as companies are unwilling to produce software that either requires multiple shims and polyfills or wont run properly on older Browsers. Unfortunately the kind of organisations/individuals who still run XP and even Vista are not the kind that tend to go - "thats fine we'll just install Chrome" - hence 23% of desktop machines are still running IE8! (http://www.webmonkey.com/2013/05/internet-explorer-10-doubles-market-share) as of 1 month ago - l 6% haven't even taken up the possible update path to IE8 and are still immolating in the fiery depths that are IE6!.

About a year ago my work PC was updated from IE 6 to 7. The reason for it was due to lack of support from the accounts program and partly the organisations security policy. As I have moved to a new job I now have a work laptop with W7 and more up to version of IE but the accounts package is still using Java 6 not 7. I cannot see W8 being used anytime soon if ever.
