    hey ya all i got vice city i installed it no pobs but wen i go to play on it noyhing happens the computer starts loadin then stops all i get is a sppining disk with a arrow then it just stops, it's beging to bug me cud sumone plz help me i reinstalled it that didn't work and my computers over the requirments and i have the latest direct-X PLZ HELP!!!
