DirectX problem in XP

I have a hp ze4420us laptop with 190mb ram, a 1.79ghz amd processor. I have installed directx 9.0c on it. I'm trying to play RCT3 on it and it doesnt work what should i do. Please help me!

Perhaps your onboard graphics does not support T & L. Also, your RAM is inadequate. 256MB is the minimum required for that game. It should come with 256MB but some of it is shared with graphics and sound so what's left is 190MB, not enough to run the game.
