I'm trying to hunt down a BSOD that is sometimes related to video drivers. I download directx from some site and installed it, with no luck. Got upset and did it again through MS and got a significant reduction in blue screens, but it still happens. Looked through dxdiag and noticed many files with version numbers starting in 5, some as low as 2. Is this an issue?? Welcome to TechSpot OpenBoards  ! Although, I'm not sure if you'll be able to find anything from the information you posted (I certainly am no acquainted with DircectX .dll's), but you can try to re-install your video card drivers as well. This is one of the main sources of Video Card BSOD's.
Thanks..Yeah I tried that too. I have even reinstalled windows entirely, twice. If you're bored you can look at yours and compare. Start-Run-DxDiag. Click the DirectX Files tab and it'll list the files and versions. Doing more research I think those versions are OK. Setup is as follows: QX6700 P5WDH Deluxe 4gb OCZ PC-5400 Gold EL X1800XT 1x Sata WD 250gb 1x Sata WD1500ADFD (150gb raptor) 1x WD 300gb Raid Sata 0x2 Samsung 500gb Raid SCSI Adaptec HostRaid 0x4 Atlas IV 15k 36gb The only other thing I noticed is up until about 30min ago the video card was sharing irq 16 with one of the Ethernet ports. I disabled that port (not using it anyway) and now 16 is shared with two different pci express root ports. Since those aren't actually devices I don't see the issue, but maybe?
