I've just wondering if there's a any kind of utility for DirectX?

What would that utility have to do?
Feel free to play with dxdiag if you just need something that has something to do with DirectX.

Nothing specific, maybe just modify directx options or something like that, I don't know. I remember that I've seen a some kind of "Windows 2000 optimization" guide on the internet, where's a mention about DirectX utility, but I can't find that guide anymore...heh...
