  1. I need to disable Regedit.exe for all Accounts: Admin & Limited on my test PC.. Win XP PRO SP2

    I know this key works on Admin accounts but it doesn't for Limited accounts..

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
    "DisableRegistryTools"=dword:00000001

    I found this key here, but it doesn't work for me at all,
    restarted my PC still doesn't work..!!! http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweak_bookmarks.htm

    Disable Registry Editing Tools

    Start/Run/Regedit
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

    Value Name: DisableRegistryTools
    Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
    Value Data: (0 = allow regedit, 1 = disable regedit)

    Is there Any other way through Regediting to disable regedit.exe system-wide..???
