Disk swaps during screensaver

Hi,
anybody pls help. Every time the screensaver pops up / lcd turns automatically off, the disk begins to swap. Windows itself or some sort of program are probably running in the background. I don´t know if this is my antivirus or some automatic defrag, but it is really annoying.

Is it a screensaver that came with the pc or not? If not, it could of brought a nasty with it.

AV could be using this time for scans, yes. Since the PC is 'idle'.
