Inactive Do I have a virus?

My computers been acting very... oddly the past few days. Avast! Picks up nothing, but I have a feeling somethings not right with that, because when I go, for 2 or 3 seconds it flashes "Your Computer May Be At Risk" and shows all the features turned off, then it shows them all working. Heres my HijackThis report, I don't know what all these do but if you could tell me forum, that'd be great.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
Make sure to disable "word wrap" in Notepad.

A couple things, I don't know why AVG is still running, I was under the impression it was uninstalled. I scanned with Avast! and the scan was far to quickly (like 7 minutes even though I set it to 'thorough" ) at it, unsurprisingly, came up with nothing.
