Does Anyone Know What This Means?

For a while now I have been getting this warning during the boot up process:

Warning! Now System is in Safe Mode.

Please re-setting cpu frequency in the cmos setup.​

I have no clue as to how to handle this.

Hey,

The battery on your motherboard is probably dead. You will need to replace it. Its flat, round and silver/shiny in color. If you don't know where it is on your motherboard then look in your motherboard user guide, it should be able to pinpoint it for you. When you do take it out, make sure your computer is turned off and unplugged from the wall. Then you can take the battery to any jewlery or watch repair place to get the correct replacement.

It will be a cr2032 battery!!!!

To be honest, my motherboard isn't even a year old, but I will definitely give it a try nonetheless. Thanks for the advice.
