Inactive Does anyone recognize this malware?

This thing is a real nuisance it pretends like it has my computer locked when all it does is to disable my browser. It happens once/twice a day. I open the task manager and kill the browser (chrome) process however I usually have to kill anywhere from two to eight individual chrome.exe processes.
I get offers from AVG to add browser protection but I generally turn it down dues to cost.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
