Does this program have a virus?

I watched a video on YouTube about a 3d Rubix Cube simulator called "Gabbasoft Cube Demo" from http://www.gabbasoft.com/ And when I was booting it, my firewall went off for a global hook, saying it could take control of my clicks and keyboard or whatever. It installed it to my desktop and has a windows shield on it (make me run as admin|Vista.) I was just wondering if this is a virus or a legit program.

Yes or use an online scanner for a more accurate reading. Just google "online file scan".
