DOS printer driver

Unfortunately we need to use an old dos program for some calcs. It only prints to lpt1.. We purchased a NEW cheap Epson Stylus C88 and it won't print from a DOS window... Any ideas out there. Epson said they do not have a DOS driver for it. I am probably out of luck.

Bios enabled set to ECP

Thanks for the responses. I put a HP1100 on the puter and changed the Bios. Enabled ECP works now.. Been so long since I've had to deal with the Bios & parallel ports.
