    Few things worth posting:

    Intel Celeron chips are now crusing at 2.6 GHz, which I believe is faster than AMD's best and brightest. Tech Report

    The Athlon64 family is going to grow in September, with ratings of 3400+ and 3100+ (whatever that means). CNET

    Intel is going to ship it's new 64-bit Itanium 2 chips Monday, along with the new Xeon MP.
