how i get downloaded video?

Hi,
The short answer is to go to a web site that offers videos for download,
then right click on the download link and select "Save" or Save to download folder".
The safe and secure answer is get Firefox or Opera browser,instead of IE.
Make sure you have a goood firewall and Anti-virus (Zone Alarm/Comodo/AVG)
Get two or three good Anti spyware programs (Ad-Aware,SpybotSD,AVG anti spyware),
then be careful which sites you go to,and what you download.
Avoid file sharing.
