Downloader.agent.awf (doginhispen)

I believe that I have the downloader.agent.awf malware. When I open Internet Explorer, I get a page with a.doginhispen..com or b.skittodayplease.com in the address bar. I have run Spybot S&D but nothing. I ran TrendMicro sysclean no virus was found. When I start my system, I receive error SBHook.dll missing & several items do not start (AIM6, my printer, and CTSysVol). Wondering if I should follow the same advice helmut_lim got.
