Driver help for OEM SONY ddu1615

I just bought it from newegg.com and no driver cd came with it.
Sony doesn't support OEM product sold at retail market so how am I going to get a driver for it?

Windows should install a driver for it automatically. OEM or not...

Yes, drivers for optical drives come with Windows and are automatically installed after you install the drive and start the PC.

BTW, don't forget to set the jumper on the back to the appropriate setting.

Thanks all. This is my first buit computer so the questions will keep coming.
Which brings another up. The hard drive I have is blank so if my OS is on a cd then how am i going to get the driver to work the dvd rom to work to load the OS. Which comes first the chicken or the egg!

Install the DVD into your computer. Forget about drivers right now! It's best to install it as the secondary master while your hard drive is installed as the primary master. Once you physically install these drives, set the motherboards bios to boot from the Sony. Place the XP CD in the Sony and follow the on-screen instructions to install XP
