My computer keeps getting blue screen stop messages randomly when I'm on the internet. At the top it says driver irql not less or equal. Then it says afd.sys... and Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x00000020, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF67EB73A) I have included some minidump files. I'm not all that computer savvy, but would really appreciate some help.
You may have two problems. Suggestions: 1. Uninstall Norton AV (it's old). You should only have one AV program anyway. Stick with Kaspersky. 2. Update netrcacm.sys, which is a RCA USB Digital Cable Modem Driver. It's also old. Image name: netrcacm.sys Timestamp: Tue Jan 21 02:50:35 2003 (3E2C36EB)
