Driver of Asrockp4vm800

I have k8m800-m7a motherboard and my friend gave me a Asrockp4vm800 and he said it still working so I change my motherboard..without doing anything, and when I open my pc it is only a black screen,
Then I changed it again with my old motherboard, then I searched some tutorials in YouTube.and I repeat to change it with correct move..but it still not working,and then I check if im wrong but I do it correctly.. So please guys any suggestions? Thanks (sorry for my english)

Download motherboard manual from Asrock.

Build basic system with new motherboard on benchtop.

Test this - beep codes - initial display during initial boot - access to bios. http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000241.htm

If still failing, please describe in detail what happens as you boot, all beeps, fans, screen display, etc.
