Driver_IRQL_not_less_Or_Equal error

I keep getting this bsod, I ran a debug and attached is the text file of the results. Many thanks in advance for all the help.

I will say that I only get the error when attempting to start a game I have (Lineage 2). Here is the log I generated:

That dump's crashed by GameMon.des with an invalid IRQL, which means that the file in question is most likely the cause. You can find out about GameMon.des HERE.
