I had this problem as well when I inserted a new RAM stick and a new graphics card. I've been messing around with my graphics drivers but it wouldn't go away. That was because the RAM caused this. When I switched my two RAM sticks around, the problem disappeared. I'm not sure if you have one or two RAM sticks, but if you have two, try removing one(if that doesn't work, the other) and see if the problem goes away. It might, or might not be the solution. You never know until you try :)
