Dual channel ram question

  1. Hello,
I have an Intel D945PSN motherboard and it supports dual channel ram. Right now I have one DDR2 1GB 533 MHZ module in there. While ordering a new monitor from tigerdirect, I seen a good deal on dual module ram for 29.99 so I bought it. The question is about the speed difference. This ram I bought is 677 MHZ but my old stick is 533. Will this be a problem? This board has 4 slots. 2 for channel a and 2 for channel b. I was going to put the 2 dual sticks in A and the 1 stick in b. Will the board take all the ram down to the lowest speed? I will recieve this on Tuesday, but I wanted to do some research before I start.

I have a P4 630 is you need to know the CPU.
