Dump Help Please - Rebooting daily

    Hi there...looking for some help interpeting these dumps. PC is rebooting daily at the same time (except for the latest one). System specifics are:

    Media Center 2005 w/ all updates and rollups
    Asus A8N-E (current drivers)
    2gb Corsair VS ram (512x4, memtest86+ tests clean)
    GeForce 7600GT (current forceware)

    Really frustrating...it's most every morning at 8:24 until this morning. I thought it might be my virus scanner which completes a run at that time so I removed it then it rebooted this AM at around 5:24. Any help interpreting these files would be appreciated.

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

    4 minidumps crash with memory corruption.
    1 minidump crashes at PQV2i.sys.

    They have bugchecks of 0A and 1A. This is a symptom of faulty ram.

    Go HERE and follow the instructions.
