Dump of Physical Memory... wtf! Analysis anyone?

Okay, so I've been getting the blue screen which says, among other things: "Beginning dump of your physical memory." This does not seem good. I read that to pinpoint the problem causing the crash someone needs to analyze the .dmp files. I posted 5 of the 6 minidump files in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump . If anyone has time to look them over and offer an opinion it'd be much appreciated.

Also, I'm running on an Asus G1 Laptop with Windows XP.

Inside the 5 MiniDumps:

Strangely I don't know what cnxchv.sys is (there is no information on Google)
Possible you may know. Do a search for this file, right click on it and check properties.
Let me know

In regards to the others:

Looks as though you will need to update your audio card drivers
And you may need to run Memtest on your drive

Its a .sys file too. Probably corrupted.

This makes me think you may need to go to Start->all programs->accesories->command prompt->type SFC /SCANNOW

Make sure you are logged in as an administrator, for vista right click the command prompt icon and select run as administrator.

cnxchv.sys did not show up when I searched all files and folders.
i'm going to run the memtest and check audio drivers tonight--will post an update on whether or not the problem recurs.
