Dvd burner having problems(nec 4x) PLEASE HELP.

Was burning dvds all fine untill one day i tried new disks. Wouldnt burn the movie. Ok i was using Dvd Xcopy. After it burned it to my harddrive i ptu in a blank disk. Then it said complete. Didnt burn anything. SO i tried Dvd Shrink and nero. Tried to burn with nero after burning to hd with shrink. That says fail at 2.4x. I'm not sure whats going on but this is making me mad. Please help me if you can.

Have you put in a laser lens cleaning disc because with my Cd Burner it said error when burning.

So i put in a laser lens cleaning disc after runing it a couple times it worked fine.

It might be something else but I figured Id say this any way
