dvd burner problems

    I just bought a new liteon ldw 811s duel burner and it won't burn dvd movies. I'm using dvd xcopy platinum and it will copy the movie to the computer but when it goes to the part to add a blank dvd it don't recognize when I put one in.I know it burns because I put all my music on a dvd the other day. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix problem?

    Same thing has happened to me, before this problem occured to me, i was burning off movies and music. but now i cant, it wont recognize the disk...
