DVD Burner troubles

  1. Hi there I was hoping I could get some help I got a DVD burner a few months ago installed it and used DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter and it all was working fine then one day I turn on my puter and try to burn a DVD and I get I/O errors the latest one is this:

    I/O ERROR!

    HELP!!! what does it all mean and how do I fix it???

    Could be bad disks, anything. What was the last thing you changed before this has happened? Undo that change.

    Thats just it

    I didn't change anything I used it one day and the next it wouldn't work ....
