DVD X Platium problems

Help!! I've been using DVD X Platium with no problems, then all of a sudden it gives me a messsage saying that the movie I am trying to copy is CSS encrypted, and that DVD Express doesn't allow you to copy them (but I'm not using Express, I didn't think)........even thou I have the software that makes it possible to copy CSS encrypted movies (which platinum is susposed to do) It even gives me that message when I try to copy a DVD home movie, which I know is not CSS encrypted. :suspiciou
