Dynamic IP and remote desktop problem

Hi all,

Hear go's,? My IP address changes every three hours,I'm with Primus.
Because my Ip address changes so often can someone tell me How I can set something up on my pc so it will email me my IP address,so then when I'm away I can get my current IP address through webmail and then get into my pc.

PS: I don't know if there is any software out there that could do this.

It is easier to get yourself a free hostname. After that you can put a program on your PC or configure your router so that your DNS entry is updated every time the IP changes. This way you can always reach your PC via sth like leetbox.mine.nu or whatever.
